Paula's Yoga is challenging, stimulating , toning , de- toxing, relaxing and fun !

I will be teaching Hatha Yoga on an individual level but in a class environment, if you are a novice at Yoga or well practised you are welcome. We will be progressing through the term and learning new postures (asana). I will carefully modify the postures to suit individual levels. No one is the same and we all have different strengths and weaknesses. Yoga is non-competitive and is practised at an individual's appropriate level. You will be encouraged to progress in a safe and caring environment. I like to make my Yoga practice flowing and mindful.

Wednesdays 9.30 - 10.30 & 11 - 12am
Wednesdays 6 - 7 & 7.15 - 8.15pm
Saturdays 11 - 12 - ashtanga-inspired vinyasa flow
